We decided to move from Thailand to Australia late last year with our dog and decided to get PetAir’s help. After searching for a Pet Relocation Service in Malaysia we spoke to Dr Dev at PetAir, he was quick to respond to our questions and very knowledgeable about the process. As with all pet lovers we had concerns about relocating our Alfie boy a snub nose breed Lhasa Apso to Australia. I cannot thank the team enough for getting our fur baby back to us happy and healthy. Second time we worked with PetAir while relocating with our boxer dog from Malaysia to Europe. The communication from staff was excellent and professional. I relocated my dog to the Philippines and PetAir Malaysia did a wonderful job in getting all the papers done in a short period of time. Shini and Jeannette were very pleasant to deal with. A big thanks to the entire team, especially Syah, for handling our cat’s move from Malaysia to Indonesia. From the paperwork to the medical tests, the team was well versed with all the requirements. They created a WhatsApp group for regular updates and made the process smooth for us. Dr Dev was very helpful in explaining Indonesia’s rather complicated rabies test rule to us.
I also really liked meeting the staff at the KL clinic – everyone was so friendly and obviously very fond of animals! I felt comfortable leaving my beloved cat in their hands. Thank you again, Syah and team!

Absolutely superb service – even though we lived in Sarawak we needed all sorts of export and import certificates and inspections to get our cats from there to KL; plus the cats needed quarantine in KL and feeding and cleaning whilst in quarantine (which is in the middle of nowhere!); and transport here there and everywhere.
The PetAir team set up a Whatsapp group and kept me involved every step of the way; they worked with their agents when I needed additional services last minute (boarding at the outbound leg); they sent photo updates of the cats and reassured me they were ok.
The cats were then delivered to our new home, and are in good condition.

We cannot thank PetAir Malaysia enough for helping relocate Shadow (our Labrador) to New Zealand, a very difficult destination when it comes to moving pets! We were moving from India to New Zealand, and because India is not a “rabies free” country, we had to arrange for Shadow to transit through a rabies-free country, where Shadow would have to live for 6 months while tests are done. We were glad we found PetAir Malaysia; Shini and her team were capable and confident, and dealt with the whole thing very professionally. Even when a test result came out false-positive barely a week before Shadow’s flight to Auckland, Sanjib and Dr. Dev arranged for Shadow’s blood sample to be sent to a lab in US for a more accurate test, in time for Shadow to fly on time! Throughout the whole process, Sanjib, Shini, Dr. Dev, and Jeanette kept us informed and reassured. Thank you all! I would not hesitate to recommend PetAir Malaysia for pet import to/export from/transit through Kuala Lumpur. Brought Lucy from Lijiang in Yunnan province, China, to Penang in Malaysia. I was initially very concerned about how to do that until I contacted Ruby at Petcare Worldwide movers (China) They were great from the outset. Always kept me updated with Photos and messages. Gave Lucy lot’s of outdoor time. Made Quarantine and medical checks in Shenzhen and HK worry free. Team that brought her throuth KL and Malaysia also great. The long journey of Berry and Mowgli from India to Australia would not have even started had it not been for Devan and the team at PetAir. We were especially disheartened after finding out how complex, stressful and drawn out the process would be. To add to our woes, most the agencies we contacted in India had no clue how to do it. Before talking to Devan, we were not even sure that we’d be able to go through this, but thanks to the constant support from the PetAir team we decided to go ahead with the move. They would answer all our queries any time of day. During the cats’ 45 day stay at PetAir, we received daily photo and video updates of the cats which would turn out to be the high-point of our day. I had a wonderful experience with PetAir Malaysia. My toy poodle Zoe was being relocated from Kuala Lumpur to Seattle. The staff were excellent and reachable at all times. They did all the paperwork impeccably. It took me 5 minutes at Seattle airport to get my paper work checked. In Taipei during the layover, EVA airlines showed me a picture that she was doing well. I highly recommend the services of this pet relocation company.

I just received my pet after flying from Vietnam to KL. Shini from PetAir has been coordinating weeks before the actual fly date.
Processes and Expectations were explained to me along with all their contingency plans should anything stray away from plan (flight delays etc. etc.)
I was met at the airport by their friendly rep – Ramesh, who processed the paperwork and took my pet to the Quarantine Center.
During the week of Quarantine – I received daily Whatsapp updates on my pet from Jeanette and the Team.
During my Quarantine Center visits, I was met by Muthu – whom updated me on how my Pet was doing.
At every point of the way, I has a team behind me looking after me and my dos welfare. This went up till my pet was delivered to my home in KL.
These guys are a CLASS ACT. I highly recommend them.
